Do you offer wellness meditation voices, hardware synthesiser integration workshops, online synthesis courses, or process voice samples without explicit consent?

No. SoundSynth AI is a commercial voice-identity lab — we do not produce wellness or therapeutic meditation content, and we do not sell preset packs for unlicensed cloning. Our hardware synthesiser sessions are client-project integrations only, not public courses. Any voice build requires documented consent from rights holders, and we decline commissions that attempt to replicate identifiable individuals without authorization.

How long does a custom voice take from brief to delivery?

Standard builds run four to six weeks including two structured review rounds. Rush timelines are sometimes available for single-channel deployments with a limited utterance count. We provide a milestone calendar at kickoff so your team knows when listening sessions and asset drops occur.

What file formats do you deliver?

Common exports include WAV and FLAC at 48 kHz / 24-bit, MP3 or AAC previews for stakeholder review, SSML phoneme maps, and JSON metadata for middleware integration. API endpoints are scoped per project when your stack requires live synthesis rather than pre-rendered audio.

Can you match an existing brand voice or actor?

We create original timbres informed by your brief — not impersonations. If you need continuity with a human spokesperson, we collaborate on licensed transition plans. We do not replicate celebrity or private-individual voices without written permission and appropriate legal review.

Do you work with agencies and resellers?

Yes. We offer white-label delivery and NDA-friendly workflows for creative agencies, integrators, and enterprise procurement teams. Contact us with your volume expectations and we will outline partner pricing tiers.

Where is data processed and stored?

Primary processing occurs in our Vancouver facility on controlled infrastructure. Client assets and personal data handling are described in our Privacy Policy, which aligns with PIPEDA and BC's Personal Information Protection Act (PIPA).

What does a typical project cost?

Custom synthesis starts around CAD $18,500. Tuning-only and routing modules are priced separately on our Services page. We issue formal quotes after an initial scoping call — no surprise line items at invoice time.

Do you sign NDAs and handle enterprise procurement?

Yes. We routinely execute mutual NDAs before receiving confidential briefs and can accommodate vendor onboarding questionnaires from enterprise procurement teams. Invoices are issued in CAD with standard net-thirty terms unless otherwise negotiated.

How do you handle synthetic speech disclosure?

We provide suggested disclosure copy and technical notes for your legal team. Final wording and placement remain your responsibility, but we share patterns that satisfy common Canadian advertising and telecommunications guidance. See our Terms for deployment obligations.

Can I visit the Vancouver studio?

Yes, by appointment during Mon–Fri 09:00–18:00 PT. In-person sessions are ideal for final tuning approvals. Remote stream review is available for distributed teams — most clients mix both formats across a typical project timeline.
